Design, SEO, and Development of the Negareh Design Online Store

شرح مختصر پروژه

The Negareh Design project was undertaken with the goal of creating a professional and scalable online store—one that, alongside showcasing and selling products, featured a robust infrastructure regarding page structure, user experience, information architecture, on-page SEO, and content development.

A key focus of this project was to avoid treating website design and SEO as separate entities; instead, the store’s structure was shaped from the outset with user needs, product scalability, and search engine requirements in mind.

Project Introduction

Negareh Design is a company active in the fields of design, printing, and the supply of printed products and business essentials; by launching its online store, it has created a platform for showcasing and selling its products online.

Given the nature of the business and the diversity of its products, the Negareh Design website required a structure that—while ensuring a simple and seamless shopping experience—would also facilitate the showcasing of a vast array of products, product categorization, and the expansion of site content.

In this project, the focus was on creating and developing a structured, user-centric online store that is ready for SEO expansion.

Project Challenge

In online stores specializing in printing and promotional products, users typically require information—such as product type, dimensions, quantity, intended use, and product features—before making a purchase.

On the other hand, product diversity makes information architecture and proper categorization highly important.

The Negareh Design store also offers products such as mailing labels, packaging labels, thank-you cards, and other printed items across various categories.

Therefore, one of the project’s key objectives was to create a structure capable of displaying various products to the user in an organized manner, while simultaneously providing the necessary capacity for SEO and content development for the store.

Key Project Challenges

  • Creating a suitable structure for an online store
  • Organizing Products and Categories
  • Optimizing product pages
  • Providing practical and understandable information about products
  • Creating an effective path for product search and selection
  • Optimizing site structure for search engines
  • Establishing a suitable infrastructure for developing website content
  • Regular management and publishing of products and content

Implementation Strategy

In this project, the store’s design did not focus solely on aesthetics; instead, the site’s structure was developed with a commercial, user-centric, and SEO-first approach.

The project strategy was based on four main pillars:

1. Store Information Architecture

The store’s products and content have been organized into a structured layout so that users can find the products they are looking for more quickly.

In the store’s current structure, categories such as value packs, cellophane, envelopes, and ribbons have also been included.

In addition to simplifying the product search process, this type of structure enables the development of category pages and the targeting of relevant search terms.

2. Optimizing product pages

One of the key parts of the project was optimizing product pages for users and search engines.

Information for each product was structured so that the user could view its key specifications before making a purchase.

For example, the product page for the green thank-you card provides information such as the quantity per pack, dimensions, the fact that it is double-sided, and its intended use.

This type of structure helps users make purchasing decisions based on more accurate information, while simultaneously creating content that is understandable to search engines.

3. On-Page SEO and Content Structure

In the SEO phase, the project focused on establishing a sound and scalable structure for the store’s pages.

The measures taken include:

  • Optimizing page structure
  • Setting the title and headings
  • Optimizing product page content
  • Structuring Product Descriptions
  • Category Optimization
  • Establishing a thematic connection between pages
  • Internal linking
  • Preparing pages for content development
  • Optimization of indexable content

The goal was for the store not merely to serve as a showcase for products, but also to possess the necessary infrastructure to attract organic traffic from search engines.

4. Product Management and Publishing

Given the nature of the store and the variety of products, the process of registering, configuring, optimizing, and publishing products was also part of the project.

In this process, product information—including the title, description, category, and other required elements for product pages—was configured and published.

This ensures that future store expansion is also carried out using a defined and repeatable structure.

SEO-First Approach

One of the project’s primary goals was to establish a platform capable of generating greater capacity to attract users from search engines over the long term through the development of products and content.

The project structure was shaped based on a specific path:

Keyword and user intent → Relevant category → Product page → Supplementary content → Internal linking → User-to-customer conversion

This approach ensures that SEO is not separated from the store’s design and structure but is instead considered part of the site’s overall architecture.

User Experience and Purchase Journey

In an online store, a user should be able to find the desired product and obtain the information needed to make a decision in the fewest possible steps.

In the Negare Design project, the store structure was developed with this approach so that the user can:

Enter Store → Select Category → View Products → Check Specifications → Add to Cart

Access the desired product.

Features such as product search, categorization, user accounts, a favorites list, and a shopping cart are also part of the store’s structure.

Project Outcome

The outcome of this project was the creation and development of a specialized online store for printed products and items related to packaging and business.

The established structure enables the management and offering of various products; simultaneously, a suitable infrastructure has been created for SEO development, expanding the store’s content, and scaling up product and category pages.
